Following this, you’ll receive a detailed project proposal outlining the scope, timeline, and cost.

Concept Development
Once the proposal is approved, we’ll move into the design phase, where the initial ideas take shape. You will be presented with three thoughtfully crafted options, and together, we’ll refine the selected design to align with your vision and brand goals.

Prototype & Execution
The final design will be prototyped in one store for evaluation and fine-tuning. Once approved, it will be rolled out across all locations. Whether working with my trusted vendors or collaborating with yours, we’ll ensure smooth execution. The selected vendor will provide a detailed quotation for the full implementation.
